Terms & Conditions

By downloading, accessing, or using Monarch Games ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Monarch Games. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Monarch Games. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

The Platform is intended for use by South African residents. Users outside South Africa may access the games but are not eligible to request cashouts.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the coin system is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account. False information, including a false name or age, is grounds for account termination.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@monarchgames.co.za.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise deemed harmful to the Platform.

Monarch Games operates a virtual coin economy. Coins have a fixed value of R0.01 each (1 coin = R0.01 South African Rand). Coins can be earned through legitimate gameplay, completing daily tasks, watching rewarded advertisements, and completing offerwall tasks.

Coins are not real currency and have no monetary value outside of the Platform's cashout system. Daily earning caps apply to all coin-earning activities and are enforced server-side.

We reserve the right to adjust coin values, earning rates, and cashout minimums at any time with reasonable notice.

You may request a cashout when your coin balance reaches the minimum threshold (currently 25,000 coins = R250). Cashouts are processed via PayShap to your registered South African mobile number.

Cashout processing times are 24–48 business hours. We process cashouts manually and reserve the right to delay or reject any cashout request that we suspect is fraudulent.

When you submit a cashout request, the corresponding coins are immediately deducted from your balance. You are responsible for providing accurate PayShap-linked phone number details. We cannot reverse payments sent to incorrect numbers.

Cashout fraud will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all coins and pending cashouts.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn coins or interact with the Platform.

Exploiting bugs or glitches in the Platform to earn coins unfairly. You are required to report any bugs you discover.

Creating multiple accounts to earn additional signup bonuses or manipulate the coin economy.

Sharing your account with others or allowing others to earn coins on your behalf.

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all coins and pending cashouts without compensation.

The Platform includes optional rewarded advertisements and offerwall tasks as means to earn coins. Watching ads and completing tasks is entirely voluntary.

Rewarded ads are served by third-party ad networks. Offerwall tasks are provided by third-party offerwall networks. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or delivery of offerwall offers.

Disputes regarding offerwall task completion must be raised with us within 7 days of the task completion date.

All content on Monarch Games including game designs, graphics, the Monarch Games logo, and the underlying code is the intellectual property of Monarch Games or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

Monarch Games is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total rand value of cashouts you have successfully received in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@monarchgames.co.za. Upon deletion, your coin balance is forfeited and pending cashout requests will be cancelled.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
